Preparing properly before a horse riding lesson can help beginners feel more comfortable and ready to learn. A little preparation can also support safer interactions with the horse and allow riders to focus on developing their riding skills.
Choose Comfortable Clothing
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Proper riding trousers or flexible pants can reduce discomfort while sitting in the saddle. Avoid clothing with loose parts that could become caught on equipment.
